“Romance at Humboldt Estate”, our Pride and Prejudice-inspired shoot was truly a labor of love. I handpicked every detail, from the one-of-a-kind ceremony arrangement to a dessert and grazing table, watercolor portraits, and even real guests who helped bring the entire vision to life.
Styled shoots normally don’t include guests, but for this one, I wanted it to feel different. My goal was to capture the feeling of an intimate gathering that could double as inspiration for a romantic elopement and reception.

About halfway through planning, I had a last-minute idea to bring in an additional model so we could fully showcase the beauty of the mansion’s interior and I’m so glad I did. It all came together so seamlessly and added an extra layer of magic to the final vision.

One of my favorite parts of styled shoots is getting to connect with so many incredible vendors and creatives. There’s something really special about building community while bringing a shared vision to life.
