Great question! As your wedding coordinator, I manage the logistics of your wedding so you can enjoy the day stress-free. This means handling vendor communication, timeline design, set-up, precessionals, and more depending on your chosen package!

First, you’ll want to fill out my contact form. If I’m available on your date, I will schedule an online consultation call to talk through your vision! Then, I’ll send over a proposal and contract, followed by a required 50% retainer fee to make it official!

Ideally, as early as possible! For wedding coordination I start prep about 4-6 weeks out. For partial wedding planning, I’m more involved with vendor check-ins and logistics, so booking as early as possible ensures I’m available and ready to help!

Timeline creation is included in all of my packages! This involves building detailed, custom timelines tailored to you, your venue, and vendors. I’ll create one for you and collaborate with the vendor team to make sure it works for everyone else too!

I’m based in Springfield, Missouri, and serve all surrounding areas, with availability to travel depending on location and date. Travel fees begin outside a 20 mile radius of Springfield, MO. Let’s chat!

Setup is included in all my packages, while full tear down can be added at an additional cost. I do pack all personal items in the bridal suite before leaving at the end of the night.
