As your wedding coordinator, I manage the logistics of your wedding so you don’t have to. That means communicating with your vendors, building a detailed timeline, running your rehearsal, and making sure everything flows smoothly while you enjoy your day.
Fill out the contact form, and if your date is available I'll schedule a quick call to hear about your plans. From there I'll send a proposal and contract and a 50% retainer makes it official.
Ideally, as early as possible! Peak wedding dates fill up fast. For coordination, I start active prep 4–6 weeks before your wedding. For partial planning, earlier is better so we can work together throughout the process.
I’m based in Springfield, Missouri, and I’m happy to travel wherever you are. We love helping couples celebrate throughout the Ozarks, including Branson, Ozark, Nixa, Republic, St. Louis and Kansas City. If your day is happening a little further out, just mention it when you inquire and we'll talk through the details together.
Absolutely! Partial planning includes design direction, but I also offer standalone design consultations for couples who want support, even if you haven’t booked a full package.
Venue coordinators work for the venue, they're not working for you personally. I work hand-in-hand with venue coordinators and I'm your advocate from rehearsal to send off, focused entirely on you and your wedding!
