HI, I’M SO GLAD YOU’RE HERE.

Here’s how it all began.

I went to college with the dream of becoming a neurosurgeon… until Organic Chemistry convinced me otherwise. If you know, you know.

Through all the career changes and shifting interests, one thing stayed constant: I love people, and I especially love bringing lots of moving pieces together into something beautiful.

When I got engaged, I knew I wanted to plan my own wedding and that's when I discovered how much joy I found in the process. (Better yet, I got to marry my best friend!)

But on the day itself, I was the only one with all the answers, and that's when it hit me just how much a couple needs someone in their corner. And so, Weddings by Whitney was born.

Since then , I've had the honor of coordinating & planning weddings across the Ozarks, from intimate ceremonies to full weeekend celebrations. Every single one reminds me why I do this: I get to take all those moving pieces and turn them into a day that feels beautiful, seamless, and unmistakably yours.

I really couldn't ask for anything better and I'm so glad you're here.

A FEW THINGS ABOUT ME

My husband and I love our animals. We have a puppy named Arya (Ari for short). If you get the name reference, we can be best friends ;)

In my free time, I like to go on hikes, read historical fiction and fantasy novels, and travel. And my favorite drink is a brown sugar cinnamon latte!

One fun fact about me is that I am Nigerian! My family relocated to the US in 2013, and have been in Springfield ever since.
